Here are the winning picks of Roblin's photo contests.
For the Contest ending Sept 30, 2019, Councillors Gail Chescu and Walter Hammond took on the task of choosing their top 6 in each of the Landscape (LS), Emotion/Activity (EA) and Atmosphere (AS) category as well as their top 3 for the Best Overall (BO).
All the photos that were top pics from both Gail and Walter were declared winners; the rest were put in a hat and pulled to finalize the 21 winners.
